Flats in Little Gasparilla Island

'When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you...

'Property managers were very helpful to work with and will still stay again despite a hiccup. '

'Very clean. Relaxing quiet location.'

'Perfect place to stay! Enjoy the sunrise on the bayside dock and watch the sun go down on the beach in the afternoon.'

'The most unpleasant part for me was the parking situation. The kitchen could also use a few more utensils. Other than that, the house was very clean and peaceful. 'Nice place to stay '

'We love the location of this upstairs condo! Having access to both the bay and a private beach on the gulf is a must for us. We rented bikes for the week and could easily zip over to the Gulf, or up and down the key. Being able to gaze out at the bay day and night was lovely. July sunrises happen directly across the bay as witnessed from either the screened-in lanai or out on the dock. If you’re lucky, you might see a manatee or dolphin swim by. The unit was clean, bright and cheery. The...

'Clean. Stacy was great. '

'More communication up front around check-in and expectations. The location was nice to the town and on the water. The shower would leave a puddle every time and it took a towel to clean it up for each shower.'
