Let’s continue to promote the reputation and quality of Portuguese tourism both here and abroad!<br><br>Our commitment:<br><br>Cleaning—Professional and in accordance with the guidelines of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all necessary protective equipment (masks and gloves) but also disinfectant products in the recommended concentrations to ensure greater safety for everyone.<br><br>Check-In - Check-in is in person so that we can provide all the support guests need, but the process will be quick and efficient, with all necessary safety equipment in place. All information will be available inside the apartment and remotely through our team, which is available 24/7.<br><br>Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find surgical masks for your first day. We also have these and other products available at cost for added safety.<br><br>Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted to do more and will do our best to ensure your comfort. If you prefer not to use the available online tools, our “Fill Your Fridge” service allows you to arrive to find whatever you’d like in the refrigerator, courtesy of our local partners, thereby avoiding unnecessary travel.
