We had an overall average stay at this property. The location is excellent, very central and convenient for exploring the area. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities you’d typically need for a comfortable holiday.
However, there were a few downsides. Communication before arrival could definitely be improved, as some of our messages went unanswered, which created a bit of uncertainty ahead of check-in. We also experienced some cleanliness issues in the apartment that detracted from the first impression.
During our stay, we encountered drainage problems in the bathroom after just a few minutes of showering, water would pool around our feet. There was also an unpleasant drainage smell at times, and we noticed flies in the apartment, which may be related to the drainage issue.
That said, when we reported few other problems, the team did act to address them, which we appreciated.
With better pre-arrival communication, improved cleaning standards, and a proper fix to the drainage, this could be a much stronger stay given the great location and spacious setup.
