'The location of the hotel is super, also the traditional decor is worthwhile, especially of the breakfast room. There were some electricity problems in our room so we had to call for help several times. It was finally solved on the 2nd day. Also, there was not such a fresh smell in the room. The extra bed for our daughter was there but really hard, not so comfortable. Still, we enjoyed our city trip in beautiful Venice!'

'Awesome place. Right in the heart of Venice. But still quiet because the rooms are soundproofed. We stayed in suites 301 and 410. Both were beautiful, with high ceilings. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The concierge was super knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was great. And the on site restaurant was beautiful with excellent food. Beds were extremely comfortable. One of the best hotels in Venice for sure!'

'Staff exemplary. Location perfect. Bed slightly hard. If you are a senior getting in and out of the bathtub/shower is a little dangerous as the configuration of it is high. Delicious cookies supplied to have with coffee. I would stay here again.'
