'The rooms are spotless, and the staff at this hotel are friendly and efficient. We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary here, and the hotel made it feel truly special. It’s perfectly located near the lagoon and St. Mark’s Square. The restaurant is excellent, with both breakfast and dinner being outstanding. There’s also a lovely bar offering a wide selection of local wines and spirits, accompanied by a pianist. A lovely place for a romantic weekend in Venice.'

'Superb hotel, perfectly located. Super friendly staff at reception. Breakfast is basic but OK. Would stay here again'

'Excelente ubicación, personal atento.'

'Fantastisch'

'Súper trato'

'The location of the hotel is super, also the traditional decor is worthwhile, especially of the breakfast room. There were some electricity problems in our room so we had to call for help several times. It was finally solved on the 2nd day. Also, there was not such a fresh smell in the room. The extra bed for our daughter was there but really hard, not so comfortable. Still, we enjoyed our city trip in beautiful Venice!'

'Prachtig, eerder chique, hotel.

'This was a lovely property, well updated and fantastic location. Dark and quiet rooms great for getting some sleep. The complimentary water and champagne was a lovely surprise. Would happily stay here again.'

'A hidden little gem on an amazing location in the heart of Venice! We’ll be back!'

'Reception insisted on making a copy of my passport for no clear reason, the needed information was already given through Expedia itself and could have been entered into the computer manually without making a copy. Making copies of Dutch passports is illegal under Dutch law and is completely unnecessary. The receptionist reacted very annoyed when I asked her not to make or use a copy even though it meant zero extra effort or time for her. The hotel room itself and the breakfast room staff were...
