'Customer service was a real issue at this hotel. There was no-one on Reception on my arrival, just a sign to say they were in the dining area. I went to the dining area and asked someone there if I could have help with my bags. There is no lift and there were 3 flights of stairs to my room. No-one came. Eventually, someone working in the empty bar area offered to help put my bags somewhere safe while I found somewhere to park. He was unable to advise me where the best car park was. When...
