'Stayed at Retallack for 3 nights and really liked the setting, design and facilities of the room/studio. The location is a little remote, but that's part of the experience :-) The Surfsuite which we booked has a funny layout as you enter through the bedroom - as in the front door opens towards the bed. 'Yes it’s a caravan park, but the purpose built pods are amazing. Everything you would need as a home away from home. A lovely stay for two nights. Felt safe within the park. Nice and quiet if you want the tranquility. The staff were friendly and very helpful as I had a very late check-in. Staff left instructions to find the key and directions to my pod. 'We had an amzing time 4 nights in the heartwood. Our daughter (3) absolutely loved it and the entertainment team made her feel really special. The accommodation was really clean and smelt amazing when we arrived. We booked multiple activities but our favourite was the alpaca walk. While we were staying they had decorated the park halloween themed. The only downside was the pool was being repaired and not open the whole time we were there. We will be booking again for next year.'
