🌸 ROSE Vacances offers you this renovated apartment organised as a maisonette, located in a historic building in the pedestrian town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne.

Located on the ground floor, this unique and charming accommodation is arranged over two levels:



• Cosy lounge overlooking a private patio, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach.

• Fully equipped functional kitchen: kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker.

• Private patio, quiet and sunny, equipped with a garden table, 4 chairs and sun loungers — perfect for your meals or moments of relaxation away from prying eyes.



In the maisonette:

• 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (140), the other with 2 single beds (90), both overlooking the patio.

• Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail.

• Separate WC.

Ideal location, right in the historic centre of Les Sables d'Olonne:

• 70 m from the main beach and the Remblai.

• 100 m from the Halles district and shops.

• 700 m from the SNCF railway station.



You are in the immediate vicinity of restaurants, the market, Île Penotte and lively pedestrian streets.



🚗 Paid parking near the accommodation. Free parking at Audubon car park.

• Departure: by 10am at the latest

A late arrival service after 9pm is available for an additional charge.

End of stay cleaning, bed linen and towels included.



🧽 Checkout Instructions – Mandatory

Please:

• Wash and put away the dishes

• Empty the refrigerator

• Take out the bins

• Collect used laundry in the entrance

👉 Supplement if not respected or deep cleaning required (AirCover or security deposit).

• Digital welcome guide: how to use the property, Wi-Fi, type of coffee maker, parking tips 🚗, bin information ♻️
