'We absolutely adore this gem of a duplex. Spotless and tidy with all the creature comforts of home that someone could need on a beach get away! Every detail has been well thought out for their guests comfort and relaxation. Location is super convenient at just 5-6 minutes from the the gorgeous beaches of AMI Appreciated the security light over the parking space and the well lit house number on the entrance upon nightly arrivals/departures. 'We loved this house. We celebrated a cousins 50th birthday and had so much fun. The location is close to all restaurants and beach. The golf cart was so fun to use. The house is nicely stocked with necessary items, pool noodles and toys. There was everything needed for the beach.The most important part was the owners were very responsive to all questions. We look forward to coming and staying here again.'

'LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!Beds were comfortable for our family of 3! Kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was a nice touch and the downstairs utility room had all the beach supplies we could ask for…towels, boogey boards, tent/umbrella, wagon, sandcastle supplies, beach chairs…you name it! Jennifer & her pup Spencer were the best hosts! We had a wonderful time cruising the island in a golf cart. Would LOVE to come back again soon!'

'We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was about 7 minutes away from the closest beach and conveniently located close to grocery stores. The pool was well maintained and clean. The home was clean and comfortable. I read previous reviews about stinky water and AC issues, but we didn’t experience any of that. I would stay here again. '
