'Conveniently located, comfy home, the pool is super convenient if you have kids and the speakers allowed us to drown out some of the noise. Beach was about a 5 minute walk away, gorgeous water. It was extremely hot out so we spent most of the day either at the beach in the water or at the pool in the water. '

'Exceptional property! We truly had the most amazing stay. The property is so beautiful and clean. It has a ton of charm, and the view off the entire back of the home of the emerald green bay is unmatched!Between waking up to amazing sunrises, hearing the sound of the water, while enjoying the bay breeze and watching all of the dolphins swim by, it was one of the most serene and tranquil experiences. 'We really enjoyed this home it was very clean and located right in the heart of Venice. We had an issue at arrival with the AC not working and the owner contacted us back quickly to resolve the issue. We would recommend this home and plan on visiting again. '

'Great little property and perfect for 2 people! We really appreciated the beach towels, chairs, tote and cooler that were available to use, which we did every day! The location was great, just over the bridge from AMI and on a quiet street. We were in walking distance to some AMAZING little restaurants just across the street on the fishing pier. '

'Nice place. Private dock was nice. 2 blocks from the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Most definitely walking distance to beach. Theres also a little bar on the other side of the marina. Quiet. Sunrise on the inlet was very pretty. We slept 3 teenagers 2 adults and 1 10 year old for a week. Easy parking. Id definitely rebook here if we stay in that area. It is only the top half of the house though, but definitely suitable for a family. Also, washer and dryer in lower part of house...
