'Broken ice machine in Florida unacceptable , vending machines took coin's only! Need to reinvest in guest services .'

'The hotel is very clean and the rooms are comfortable and up to date. There is no difference between the Marina side rooms and the regular rooms; so avoid the gimmick of paying extra, like we did, to be on the Marina side.'

'Nice little place. Eclectic in that there were definite new features, along with features still needing to be repaired or updated. Room was clean. Courtyard is very nicely done, with all doors open to inside courtyard. Pool closes at 8pm, would be nice to be open later. Restaurant onsite, though closes around 2pm. Places close by though to eat, walkable. All in all I would definitely stay there again. Very affordable for the area.'

'The key card system is defective. I, along with every other guest I saw in the main lobby had to get a new keys to our rooms everyday. The staff gives off the impression it’s been like that for a while and it’s a non-issue to them. The furniture in the room was pretty rough (damaged/stained). Property is beautiful but has seen better days.'

'This is my second time visiting Tropical Breeze, and they've let their guard down a bit with the cleanliness and condition of the rooms. The walls are dirty, and there's dust in the corners. It's a very nice place, and they should take better care of it so it's always a safe and clean place to return to.'
