'The property looks like it’s from an episode of Three’s Company, which is great! Pool area is nice. Our room was recently renovated. May be some lackluster renovation quality going on there, but that isn’t the fault of the property owner. They try to make up in other areas. I think the house keeping staff needs to be more responsive, but they are probably overworked. Overall a good place. You can do a lot worse. The location is excellent. 'Our family with 3 young kids had one of our best hotel experiences at Holiday Inn Nokomis. The hotel was immaculately clean, the staff was impressively friendly and eager to help, and the breakfast was delicious was plenty of options. We especially enjoyed the comfortable chaise lounge chairs and relaxing music by the pool after a day at the beach and the spacious lobby seating area. We plan to book another trip!'

'Our stay was perfect! The room was beautiful with good AC and very clean. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Very close to the beach and the free trolley to the village. It was very quiet and we enjoyed great sleeps. This was our second time here and I can only hope we get to come back again.'
