'Great location. Unbeatable panoramic view of the bay, tranquility of the neighborhood, and closeness to zona romantica (with taxi or uber). Staffs are friendly and helpful. We had breakfast buffet a few times, the wait staffs manage to remember our personal preferences rather quickly. Turn down service is provided every night. The facility is not at its prime but clean. The grounds are very well kept. Pools are perfect size for kids. Overall very positive experience for a family vacation.'

'We loved our two weeks here. Clean, new, quiet, lovely rooftop eating and swimming, even if only a small heated pool. The staff are welcoming, helpful and on the ball. The tradeoff is being away from the busy tourist zone in a less expensive place but with all of PV accessible. It was a 12 minute walk from the nearest beach or bus to town, or alternatively. a $7-10 CDN uber ride to any downtown spot or Malecon. Ubers are cheap and comfortable.
