'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'Waren hier voor één overnachting omdat we op doorreis waren. Prima kamer en het ontbijt was ook goed. Alleen jammer van al dat plastic. Kregen plastic bordjes en plastic bestek en plastic bekers.'

'We stayed in Atlanta on Mall of Georgia Blvd. Great location! We were pleasantly surprised by how nice the room was. The hotel seems new -- clean, tasteful decor, and spacious. Service was wonderful. We were there 2 nights and were surprised that they brought fresh towels for day 2 and emptied trash baskets etc. Seems since covid that kind of service evaporated from most hotels and never came back. A/C worked great and not noisy. Everything was spot on!! And price and location were...

'Tijdens onze Roadtrip door de USA zijn we hier 2 nachten verbleven. Het hotel is echt toe aan een goede opknapbeurt. De lift piept en kraakt aan alle kanten. Verlichting knippert. Je hebt het gevoel dat elk ritje in de lift de laatste kan zijn. Zwembad heeft ook gebrek aan onderhoud er rondom heen. Veel slijtage in de kamer en ook niet heel schoon helaas. Bedden waren verder prima. Schoonmaak in de kamer tijdens verblijf is er niet, zelfs niet alleen verversing van handdoeken. Het personeel...

'This place is great. I often travel to the area for work and it is my favorite at this price point. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating and there's always fresh coffee in the lobby with tasty creamers :). The hotel is clean and well maintained. Thank you!'

'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'
