'Pictures and hotel website are a bit deceiving. Was expecting a higher level of cleanliness and hospitality. Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'I have never stayed at an IHG property, nor even heard of the EVEN Hotel brand but I was in Alpharetta for a conference at Avalon, which was fully booked, and found this property right around the corner. I was so pleasantly surprised and so was my colleague that stayed there as well.
