« From the time we arrived through check out every staff member we encountered was friendly and offered assistance. Check-in was very smooth. We arrived about an hour and half early and we were able to check-in. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The food and drinks were delicious. The pool was nice, clean and warm. « I’m a travel advisor so usually I take pictures of the room I’m staying in, but this was an impromptu trip and I was with my kids, so I didn’t. The pull out bed (on the bottom of the couch) was dirty, and so was the couch (crumbs, lint, dirt) so we didn’t use it. That wasn’t a big deal, but it was annoying because I had three kids with me and planned on using the couch as a bed. There was a moth in my room. The waffle cleaner and the juice machine wasn’t as clean as I’d prefer it to be. Overall,...
