'Was there for my 60th Birthday, i enjoyed my stay overthere, the hotel is beautifully decorated, I cannot find any fault with this hotel'

'Every aspect of the hotel was great. The location, building and presentation. Staff were fantastic, Lake View room was a treat and offered a very large double comfortable bed. The only down point was that our room was not serviced following our first night stay. Although reception was informed during the afternoon the room did not get serviced or towels changed. Spoke to house keeping next day and again by 3pm the housekeeping staff had disappeared and the room was not serviced. Complained at...
