- This 2-story cabin requires an exterior staircase to access
- Guests are not able to use or rent boats on the lake. Lake Arrowhead requires boating permits that can only be held by homeowners, so regardless of accommodation, guests do not have the ability to have a boat on the lake
- Guests CAN swim within the buoy lines from the community dock but must have a life vest on if floating (not provided). Lake patrol does monitor this. Guests should bring their own innertubes if interested
