The holiday home of Geneviève and Jean La Seyne-sur-Mer in the Var, is located in a very quiet residential area and in a dead end street, close to beaches and shops.
The house is on a closed ground with possibility of parking 2 to 3 cars.
The house consists of a hall, a dining room overlooking a large terrace east side angle, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, and separate toilet .
Access by 4 steps, then everything is on the ground floor.
Outside, you will enjoy the terrace overlooking the dining room, and the lime tree under which you can enjoy each meal in the shade and freshness.
