This villa is located inside the Casa De Campo Resort. As a result, guests will have access to the resort amenities.



IMPORTANT: ALL guests must provide a valid passport or, for Dominican residents/citizens, a valid Dominican Republic government-issued ID (Cédula) in advance of arrival. These documents are required to register all guests with the Casa de Campo Owners’ Club and obtain access to the Casa de Campo resort. Guest registration and identification must be completed at least 24 hours prior to arrival. Access through the resort’s guarded gates will not be granted to guests who have not completed the required registration. Casa de Campo reserves the right to deny access to any guest or visitor who does not meet its identification, registration, or resort requirements.



**REGISTRATION FEE:**

* A daily registration fee of $30 per adult / $15 per child (ages 4–12) per night is required by the resort upon check-in.

* This fee is not included in the nightly rate and must be paid directly to the resort.

* Credit cards are accepted for your convenience.



**CLEANING & COOK SERVICE INCLUDED DURING YOUR STAY**

● One Cleaning Rep will be at the property from 9 AM to 4 PM.

● One Cook will be at the property from 9 AM to 4 PM.

-The Cook can prepare breakfast & lunch, but you are responsible for purchasing the food supplies at the local supermarket.

● All stays with 10 or more guests will require an additional housekeeper at $100 per day.

● Suggested Tip $20 - $30 per staff member per day.

● Pre-Arrival Grocery Delivery available with 10% surcharge for delivery and set up.

● Concierge Services available for restaurant, activity and special services.



**GUEST REGISTRATION & VISITORS**

● The reservation must accurately reflect the total number of guests staying at the property. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information regarding all individuals who will occupy the property.

● Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight at the property.

● Unregistered guests and outside visitors are not permitted on the property without prior approval from the host/villa manager. This includes friends, family members, acquaintances, vendors, or any other individuals not included on the reservation.

● Guests may host a maximum of 4 additional visitors at the property at any one time, provided that prior approval has been obtained from the host/villa manager and the total number of people on the property does not exceed the property's permitted occupancy.

● Any visitor approved to enter the property must comply with all house rules and property regulations. The registered guest is fully responsible for the conduct and actions of their visitors.

● Guests are responsible for ensuring that the maximum permitted number of guests and visitors is never exceeded.

● The host/villa manager reserves the right to deny access to any unregistered or unauthorized individual.

● Any attempt to circumvent the guest registration or visitor policy may be considered a violation of the rental agreement and may result in termination of the reservation and removal from the property, without refund, as permitted under the rental agreement and applicable policies.

● For security and liability purposes, the host/villa manager may require identification and/or registration information from guests and approved visitors before granting access to the property.
