'Welcomed by friendly staff. Everything was explained how it works at this Hotel. Very clean and shower was great in the wetroom. Plenty of towels. Bring your own coffee or tea for your first morning if you dont want to go out straight away when you wake up. 7/11 is nearby and Starbucks a few minutes walk. No lobby to sit in but they take care of your luggage after check-out out.'

'This is such a convenient hotel to stay at since it is right next to Tokyo Station. You are able to take a train straight to Narita Airport. The hotel is a bit pricy but because it’s a fancy hotel with great staff who go out of their way. The rooms themselves are also great and the view on either side is also wonderful. If you are on the garden view side, the only negative thing I can think of is that you will hear the train but it’s nothing you can’t ignore since it’s not too loud. I haven’t...

The location is also very convenient — especially if you’re traveling back to Narita Airport, as the T-CAT (Tokyo City Air Terminal) is just a short walk away. 'Heerlijk dat er een onsen is. Kamers op dag van aankomst pas om 15 uur beschikbaar. Dat vind ik laat zeker na een lange reis. Het zou fijn zijn als de kamers eerder beschikbaar zijn dat de gasten er ook in mogen.'

'Wij zijn nu twee keer in dit geweldige hotel geweest. Ook voor op de kop af zeven jaar hebben we hier gelogeerd. Was wel drie keer met lounge. Kamer super, ligging centraal bij metro-station, service top, inclusief meehelpen bagagetransport naar Tokyo terminal, ontbijt zeer goed. Lounge, beter kan miet. Komen zeker weer terug!'
