Exclusive beach apartment with Wonderful View

The apartment is 150m2 with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. 55 inch LED TV with New Apple TV. Wireless internet throughout the apartment with good speed 100 mbit. A desk with a computer screen and webcam is available. Everything in the house is of a very high standard, all beds are bought at IKEA, to get comfortable beds.

The terrace is 100m2 with 4 sunbeds, lounge sofa and dining furniture to sit and enjoy the wonderful view. Is a small private beach 30 meters from the house with a private pool as well as a large shared pool for the area.

Located next to Klong Nin Beach, there are three very good restaurants within walking distance and a good cafe where they serve breakfast & lunch.

Electricity, water, weekly cleaning, final cleaning are included in the price.

Has an English manager on Koh Lanta who helps renters with keys on arrival. He can arrange transportation from Krabi airport to the house if you want.

I write this with respect to owner and maintance as I dont like writing medium reviews and I dont know the situation. The house was cleaned very well. However I would recommend to book additional Cleaning when you are staying longer than 3 nights. Bins were full and Floors get dirty although we took off our shoes (we have 3 young children). The beds were nice and comfortabel. The staff and maintance were very kind and helpfull. If you book with them they give fair prices. But we left earlier unfortunately die to a few factors. 1. Glass on the beach and garden. Our daughter cut herself on the first day. 2. Our pool was very dirty. All three kids had a rash which started during our stay and left as soon as we were in another place. They cleaned it with a new pomp on the last day we were there but unfortunately too late for us. 3. It required some maintance and updates to reach its potential of “luxurious” as mentioned during booking. The pool tiles came off and our kids found them on the bottom of the pool. Window dressing was dirty and broken. It could be replaced. Some Garden chairs were broken. It just needs a bit of investment to be perfect again.if you are looking for something nice please check if these updates have been done.

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni in questo fantastico posto. La casa era perfetta per il nostro gruppo di 6 persone, molto spaziosa e molto comoda, assolutamente Fedele alle fotografie. Il posto è stupendo con bellissima spiaggia proprio davanti alla casa. Ottima la pulizia e le dotazioni dell’appartamento. Ottima comunicazione con John che è sempre stato molto disponibile e di aiuto per qualsiasi consiglio o necessità.

Great place for a few days of pool and beach time

This is a great apartment in a blissful setting, and worked really well or our family of four. The apartment itself is spacious and clean, but it’s the micro location that is the star here! Sitting on the terrace, looking out over the private pool to the shared pool to the beach just beyond was incredibly relaxing, amazing sunsets, and the ability to drink our morning tea and a sundowner on the beach we’re just what we were looking for. Being close to three restaurants for dinner (coco tango (closed Mondays) shanti shanti and dirty fish) all of which we would recommend, and Smoon for breakfasts / brunch was very convenient. We had all we needed but in a really chilled and quiet place. It’s not clear from the listing, but there is a concierge on site most days who was helping in arranging trips and transport. The apartment had chilled water, and big covered terrace section which was shady all day so we could sit out, the shared pool was very quiet so we mostly had it to ourselves. 20 ish minutes walk along the beach (at low tide, still a bit of a scramble) to a 711 for beer and atm. Would really recommend, we were very sorry to leave!

Schönes Objekt - nicht mehr ganz so "hochglanz" wie auf den Bildern. Sehr geräumig, gut ausgestattet. Gleichzeitig etwas "steril". Alles okay und gut. Der Check-In hat leider etwas länger gedauert, da die Vor-Ort-Betreuung etwas überrascht war von unserer Ankunft und erst gereinigt werden musste. Es gibt ein paar kleine und feine Gastro-Möglichkeiten im direkten Umfeld.

Our favourite part of this vrbo was the location, location,, location. The house it’s self was quite nice and the pool was great. There could have been a housekeeper come in at least once during our stay, however the house was very clean when we arrived. The place is close to good dining and other activities. Everything was very minimalistic in terms of furniture, condiments, daily necessities (salt, toilet paper, sugar ) would have made things much nicer. The host Nick was very helpful with booking rides, renting a car, etc. We would rate this place a 4.5.

Supernöjd!

Vi spenderade 14 dagar på denna underbara plats! Vi var 5st (2 vuxna & 3 barn). Huset är rymligt och håller hög standard på det mesta! Sovrummen är stora och sängarna är väldigt sköna! Toaletterna är fräscha och väldigt bekvämt med att varje rum har egen toalett. Kök och allrum är väldigt väl tilltaget, utrustat med allt som kan behövas. Lyxigt med den stora uteplatsen, solsängarna och den egna poolen, samt den något större allmänna poolen alldeles intill. För att inte prata om det ultimata läget alldeles vid stranden. Vi fick bevittna de mest bedårande solnedgångar som vi varit med om!!! Poolen gjordes ren flera dagar i veckan, men huset städades tyvärr bara en gång i veckan. Nick som sköter om huset var väldigt hjälpsam med de få funderingar som dök upp ang huset och hjälpte även till med att boka både båtutflykt och transfer, vilket underlättade mycket! Läget är lite avsides, men det går att promenera efter vägen in till Klong Nin om man vill (15-20min). Vi gick oftast upp till vägen och väntade in en tom Taxi (TukTuk). Stranden vid huset går bra att bada vid om det är flod, lite lurigare vid ebb. Däremot den stora stranden "Klong Nin" var helt fantastisk. Vi är supernöjda!

Stunning villa in the perfect location

We had a fabulous time staying here, the villa is in a beautiful location on the beach and shops/restaurants are a short walk away. The villa is extremely clean however there does seem to be an ant issue in Koh Lanta so we soon learned to keep all food in the fridge. The villa was cleaned once a week and towels/bedding were changed. The pool was cleaned every other day. We were there during the low season so it was very quiet and the beach restaurant was closed so on an evening we had to rely on taxis to get to the restaurants as we wouldn’t walk in the dark. Mr Reem from the town was great, he owns one of the tourist shops and we simply whatsapped him and he’d be there to collect us. He also arranged trips etc to keep us entertained. If I had any criticism it would be contacting the owners, when we had the ant issue, no one replied to my message and I just had to deal with it myself ie purchasing ant powder and throwing away all the food. This was frustrating as a simple reply and advice would have been helpful. I also messaged the owner about the return transfer but in the end organised this myself with Mr Reem. This is a stunning villa and I’d love to stay there again but the management should respond to their guests when they message as this is good customer service. We loved Koh Lanta and will definitely return but next time during high season so that the sea is better for swimming.

Beautiful villa, shame about the beach

Beautiful clean villa with everything we needed. Modern Western design, fully kitted out. Very comfortable. The manager, Nick, was very helpful and easy to get hold of. The outdoor area was perfect, plenty of seating and the private pool was great. It wasn't clear where to put rubbish in the complex, so we did have a bit of a pile. I understand that we went while the weather was a bit hit and miss, but for a private luxury complex the beach took ages to be cleaned, and when it was it was all just pushed into a corner. Considering that when you rent a budget bungalow they spend hours from early morning until the beach is spotless each day this was quite disappointing.

Beautiful Place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views are amazing just steps for the beach. It’s not really swimable but a beautiful view regardless. The home was very clean and set up nicely. Very spacious! Keep in mind this is the bottom story of a large villa with a private pool. There is a restaurant pool just 10 steps away that is also really good to swim in. The beds are SUPER comfortable! Like better than my bed at home comfortable. The kids loved the private pool and great views. Owner was very helpful when we need to schedule excursions with less than 24 hours of notice. The trips were booked for us in 20mins and tickets delivered to our door within an hour. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again here soon. The only downside was that it smelled like mold. I think being in a tropical place like Thailand, all the places we’ve been to smelled like mold. I’m sensitive to smells but the kids said it smelled too. Otherwise, no other complaints.

John was really helpful before and during our stay as was Nick the property manager. Other than a few teething problems with all new properties, which were solved immediately, our stay was great. My only wish list would be someone to clean the property and poolside (the pool was cleaned) for us to make it more relaxing. We would have paid for this extra service to reduce the housework on holiday. But that did not detract from the stay. It was fantastic. Beach is so close, 30m from house and swimming at high tide was fab. Low tide is rocky by nice for paddling and shell hunting. Moonlight bay next door do a good breakfast and you can walk across the rocks at low ride. Klong Nin only a 50bhat ride away. Lots of nice bars, reasturants and wonderful beach with the best sunsets. Shanti Shanti Reasturant is a 5 min walk away and is the best Sea Bass and food. Thanks John & Nick for making it all so easy for us.
