Flats in Kitsap Peninsula

'Overall the apartment was fine- lots of room and very clean. We weren’t there much except to sleep. Parking was not easy- make sure you can parallel park in tight spaces. Some little fixes would make this place much better- for instance the slats on the bedroom blinds were broken and a room darkening curtain would be nice. Location was good, we walked the hilly streets to restaurants and Union Lake. We enjoyed our stay in Seattle.'

'Great experience, would stay again!'

'The accommodations were as advertised. Abraham was very helpful. The area was wonderful. We would definitely recommend and stay here again'

'Nice little house in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was clean and tidy. I especially liked the Halloween decorations.'

'The room was clean, quiet and just what was advertised. We enjoyed our stay!'

'Great location - walkable to many restaurants and activities. Building has great amenities. Apartment was well stocked and comfortable. Check in host, Simon, was easy to communicate with and helpful.'

'Owner incredibly good at communicating, friendly building staff, perfect location, free parking!'

'I loved everything about the property. We had an issue with internet the first day but that was fixed. The only issue was the broken toilet paper holder. It didn't impact the ability to use anything though. I definitely recommend this place.'

'I had a great stay in Seattle! The host was extremely helpful and responsive, often replying within minutes. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. The location couldn’t be better. A drugstore, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and local attractions are all just a 2 to 5 minute walk away. The Space Needle is only half a mile away, and the rooftop offers a stunning view of it. Pike Place Market is a quick car ride and an absolute must see!The building is quiet and secure, with a...

'Overall a good location but parking was difficult. We were forced to use the Diamond parking lot on Howell St for overnight parking at a rate of $32. Then we were forced to locate street parking with a 2 hour time limit which meant that we had to move the vehicle multiple times during one of our rest days. I think in the future we will need to consider this when booking accommodations in this area. Make sure the lodging comes with private parking. Otherwise, relatively clean and can’t beat the...

'The rooms were clean and nicely organized with extra pillows and blankets if needed. The check in process was easy and simple to understand. Close to a grocery store which was a plus for my group. Amazing host who is easy to communicate with. 10/10 experience.'

'Wow! We loved this rental! Super convenient to all the attractions by walking. No need for a rental car or ride share. Communication was excellent with the host and check in was smooth. The rental was comfortable and clean. The massage chair was a bonus after a long day of sightseeing. When we’re back in Seattle, we will rent this unit again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.'

'We arrived late on a Friday evening, and the nightlife was just getting going - parking was a bit of a nightmare to get into building to get garage key fob.Otherwise phenomenal location for downtown walking to Pike Market, Space Needle etc.Very cute, albeit small space. Bed was comfy, pull out sofa could use a mattress pad. Pillows were also not the best- could stand an upgrade. Otherwise very cute, and clean. Laundry available in suit'

'Convenient location, secure parking, and great host communication.'

'This is an ideal place to stay for a long weekend in Seattle. Condo is comfy, clean, well supplied (and labeled), and located within walking distance to a number of decent bars and restaurants (shoutout to Saint John's!). We came to town for a 3-day music festival at Neumos, a 10-minute walk up Pike St., so this was just perfect. Easy contactless check-in process with off-street parking. Host is quick to respond and provides excellent touristy recommendations. We come back for this fest every...

'We were all pretty impressed with the condo. It was clean and spacious. I really liked that each room had its own bathroom. The view is great. The only negatives were some noise and the coffee/creamer or lack thereof. The neighbor's upstairs (maybe kids?) over the bedroom facing out to the water were a bit noisy late into the night. I reserved the condo for 2 nights but there was only 1 bag of coffee, so I had to go out and get it which I shouldn't have had to do. I reserved in advance for...
