'Lovely room with jet bath and tv in bathroom nice chill with glass of wine , breakfast was piping hot and delicious, lovely friendly lady waiting on in dining room .'

'Check in was easy and efficient. The room was all that could be expected, plus a few extras. A jar of a variety shortbread biscuits was a surprise along with an extremely varied options for hot drinks, i.e. Horlicks. A bowl of fruit was also an unexpected delight. The bathroom was well appointed, with shampoo, soap etc in pump pots. The bed itself was supremely comfortable with more than sufficient coverings. A large fan completed the array of convenience items, really handy with recent weather...

'Excellent'

'I was pleasantly surprised at the high quality and spaciousness of my room (10). Staff were friendly and professional; the assistant at breakfast was first rate in supporting a substantial number of guests. And the Craster kippers were excellent. The one thing missing at breakfast was a bowl of fresh fruit. Dinner was well prepared and presented. All in all a very good experience at the Duke of W.'

'Excellent staff very kind and hospitable and very nice pub food and breakfast. LargeTV screen to watch the World Cup and BBC I player to catch up on the highlights, all good.'

'Room clean and beautifully decorated. Warm, lovely hot shower, large fluffy towels. Staff friendly and helpful. Well positioned in the town and good parking.'

'Staff were friendly and helpful. Lift was out of order for all of our stay which was not good as I have arthritis in both knees, left hip and right shoulder. There were a lot of stairs - this spoilt the holiday slightly for me'

'The bed was soft, one size. Personel was only one men, very kind. There is only breakfast, no dinner..For one or two nights is oke. You can walk in the park or in Notterburn self.'

'Great place great rooms great staff, breakfast choice also very good'

'Booked due to location for work appointment..Parking is very limited. Room was clean, unfortunately bed was of a poor standard and very uncomfortable.'

'Good food!..................... ......... ........'

'Almost everything OK. Moreover Corbridge is a nice town. I wander about one thing. In the room ther were no hooks and no chairs. What do English people do with clothes? What do they do with their towels? No idea. There is plenty of space for hooks.'
