'An older 3 story Kelowna property that’s clean and well looked after. Stairs - no elevator. Nice sized room. Bed was clean, but mattress could do with an upgrade. You definitely feel the person next to you when they roll over. Breakfast has the basics - all the staff were friendly and smiley - we met Zandria in the breakfast room - she was very friendly and appeared to take pride in her work. Overall for the price, and for our purposes, we were content staying for a few nights and would return.'

'The location is great for easy access to two main traffic arteries. Unfortunately, they have really reduced the complimentary breakfast items and this change is not reflected in the overall price of the room rate. We were quite disappointed. '

'The are upgrading the hotel so it has Some lovely improvements but the upgrades aren’t done so some things were in between. But the staff was very friendly, nice big tv in the room. And having the breakfast was a nice addition. '
