'Beautiful hotel and excellent location. Staff is super nice and the food is amazing. Hotel is right at the center of everything. Lots of good shopping at doorsteps. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because the bathroom roof was dripping water when it rained and even though they offered to change my room the options didn’t work for me. I would have liked some kind of food coupons for the inconvenience which is typical in situations like this with other hotels I have visited before....
