'The property was beautiful. The staff were all so friendly and wonderful. Be aware, though, that upon arrival you will have to go through a 90 minute “presentation” where they basically try to sell you a time share. This was bothersome because we only stayed Monday through Friday. It was frustrating to give up that much time for a service we weren’t interested in. 'We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is fantastic with lots of activities and great dining choices. Alfredo, our Villa Manager (Villa 65 Butler), and his team, Julio and Bely, completely elevated our experience. They are highly professional, always smiling, and went above and beyond for us. A huge shout-out also goes to Alfred and Luciana at the infinity pool—such beautiful people, so helpful, and incredibly professional.
