'Fabulous hotel and staff! Only a 10-minute walk from Kyoto’s shopping district and situated in a quiet neighborhood directly off the main road, Hotel Muso was perfect for our stay in Kyoto.
The hotel was clean and modern, the room was clean, beautiful, and super comfortable. We loved the amenities and layout.
The staff was just as wonderful. Kind, caring, and very attentive when we checked in and out and throughout our stay. They even delivered a complimentary brunch!

'We traveled to Kyoto as a family of 4 and arrived to Mimaru Suites in the evening. The room was like having a small apartment. We even had a couple nights where we watched Netflix like we do at home (however it was in Japanese! We had to do English subtitles!)
There is tea and coffee available every morning from 7am - 10pm and also free sake and...

'The European staff working there are arrogant & rude. The Asian staff was much friendlier. The hotel itself was nice but super far from everything and not worth what I paid. I should have booked two hotel rooms for the same price I paid for one here, and booked closer to Kyoto station.'

'Every detail was curated, nothing was left unplanned both in the bedrooms and in the common areas. Location was perfect, quiet and well connected to the metro and main Kyoto train station. The Onsen facility was a nice moment in the evening to relax and experience a traditional ritual. Breakfast was also very good and the staff available to help with any query. Only note the laundry area was frequently busy plan ahead if you need to wash your clothes. Overall, highly recommended!'
