"Modern, beautiful, spacious room with all the amenities. The downside is that it gets very warm in the beds. The room door slams shut which is exceptionally disturbing. The ladder for the upper bunk makes a lot of noise which is disturbing. "

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean and well kept. My only complaint, and it is not the hotel's fault, is that the bus stop is right in front of the front door and when it rained everyone was standing in the overhang and it made it difficult to exit or enter the main level of the hotel."

"Radisson Blu Antwerp is located right across square from Antwerp’s Central Station. So you have access to buses, trams, and trains. It is located near the Zoo too and a wonderful chocolate museum. Room was clean and check in was fast and efficient. I ate breakfast every morning and the breakfast room was large with plenty of room. Food and drink options for breakfast were varied and delicious."

"Upon arrival, the room was extremely hot. We set the A/C to 18 and left for a few hours. When we returned, the room temperature was 23. We spoke with staff, they came up and said that the A/C wasn't able to cool the room any further and it's beyond their control. They brought us a fan to help, however it didn't do much. The electrical outlet had fallen open and was exposed. We requested a box of tissues twice because they weren't refilled, non were ever brought to us. Upon check out, we were asked about our stay, we again explained the problems we experienced and the response was "OK, thank you, see you next time"??? This hotel is far from a 4 star, very dated and it seemed most things don't work and service is a challenge at best. Very disappointed with our experience!"
