House was nicely presented and in a great location. The issues were exacerbated by a day of temperatures above 40 and a power outage in the region for over 6 hours. Without going though details. Most fans do not go faster than speed 1 and hence and ineffective. You only realise that on arrival in house, once all are paid the only ac is in the main bedroom. In this case this unit had to be turned off as within a very short time after arrival you could see water dripping down the wall form the unit. There were also more concerning leaks as a large portion of the bedroom carpet has been very wet, stained and now beginning to smell. This in turn will also produce mould. A lot of work required here. All in all been a nice house. Believe some fixing of issues raised, especially ac in bedroom, and general maintenance throughout house would improve stay. Would also be useful to provide manual for oven as it took me some time on the internet to work out how to reset oven, to be able to use it - not that we did - after loss of power. I would also add that oven still had crumbs in it when we arrived. Happy to expand on any of this if you see the need…
