'Great resort for kids. Could have some upgrades '

'Really enjoyed our stay here. During check-in there is a proposal to attend a timeshare presentation that is not mandatory, you will get $150.- cash when you attend. Since we are from the Netherlands we could not attend. The room was clean and the dual airconditionings were very quiet and easy to adjust. Also a washing and dring machine in the apartment is great to have. Staff was friendly, the pools were quite small, I would definitely stay again. '

'Eric with maintenance was fantastic! was prompt in helping us get into the room after the lock failed and was prompt in getting us out of the room after we were locked in as the door knob was not working. Staff was great in crediting us for a couple of drinks and an appetizer. Everyone was friendly and helpful.'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed talking and having a good laugh with the front desk ladies.The room was well cleaned. We enjoyed the pool and the free breakfast was delicious. The only flaw was the bed was way to soft. My husband and I back hurt after sleeping on it. We had to cut our trip a day early and was unable to get a refund just for one day. But over all we enjoyed our stay and will be coming back in the summer. Thank for your hospitality. '
