'Not a 4 * hotel. Not even a 1 *. Staff is rude and have no idea how to run a Hotel. Everything is dirty, inside and outside. Litter spread all around nothing done about it. Only after we start to manage to staff our self they clean and arrange. The Manager promised to solve the mess but after 3 days we demanded a refund for the last 8 days and left. They still haven't credit these 8 days!'

Everything from the staff to the service to the food to the drinks to the shows and entertainments to the activities to the pool and beach areas to the stay, all remarkable!
