'Place not so expensive but amazing. Has laundry and drier. Has kitchen with big fridge, microwave, water boiler, utensils, plates, I think has portable single cookware. Good AC. Nice bathroom too. 'Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. For the adventurous traveller only. '

'I stayed here for two days in Dec2013. Initially, it was hard to find (check in at Loui Hotel) but everything was OK. The room is large, quiet, bed is good, shower is alright and I found it pleasant that you just live as if you have your own apartment there. Busses leave in front of the building.'
