« We arrived at 10:30pm and the accommodation wasnt ready yet. There were 2 workers there who only spoke arabic. The apartment was given to us dirty but it was late and there wasnt anyone we could communicate with to resolve the issues. I was also charged by Hotels.com and then the accommodation charged me again. I'm still trying to recover the double payment but the property has been unresponsive. »
