'Het personeel was heel behulpzaam. De sleutel haal je op bij een ander hotel, veel uitleg gekregen over Venetië en zij liep mee om ons te laten zien waar wij logeerden. In het hotel nog 1 ochtend gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt. Was goed. De badkamer was echt oud en aan vernieuwing toe. Er kwam weinig warm water uit de kraan. Het was koud of super warm.'

'We loved our stay. Far away from tourism and busy areas. We had the junior suite. The room was clean and my favorite part was the breakfast basket with croissants and juice/cafe. There’s no elevator and you go a flight of short stairs so make sure you can carry your luggage. We came in on a private water taxi from the airport but left walking to the train station and it was about 10-12 minutes walking there with two carry on bags.'

'The hotel is a wonderful location, with a gondola dock right outside. Although staff was pleasant, the communication needs some work. I found it challenging to get in contact with them In a timely manner. The bed could use an update, But the description was accurate.'

'Super clean property, great communication for self check in. Only complaint is the mattress was on a sofa bed. We had to sear earplugs to sleep because the frame was so squeaky and sagged in the middle. Other than that, great place.'

'This is an unstaffed hotel in a mixed-use building. The location is not central but very close to Peggy Guggenheim and the academic gallery, literally several minutes. I highly recommend the Moro Cafe for breakfast or for a snack - very close by. I believe some rooms overlook the canal, ours didnt, but it overlooked a very nice garden. The room was clean, the shower was hot, the towels were fluffy. A hairdrier was very handy as we were soaked and it helped dry our shoes. There was black mold in...
