- Separate WC

First floor:
- On the landing closed by curtains, a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with two single beds
- Bedroom 5: with single bed
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, booster seat, washing machine, two baby umbrella beds, ironing board and iron.

Exterior:
- A beautiful 500 m² private, unfenced garden, with furniture to enjoy fine weather and children's games.

The house is ideally located in Isigny-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (up to 6 vehicles).
