Enter through the entrance door and discover a pleasant living area of 25 m² overlooking the garden and terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) to allow you to cook as if at home. For breakfast, kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker are at your disposal. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people, or enjoy the one on the terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.



Upstairs, the accommodation offers two rooms in a row. The first is the master bedroom, equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm) and a wardrobe. The second, accessible only through the main bedroom, is a children's room with a bunk bed and a few games.



The accommodation has two bathrooms with toilets, one on the ground floor and the other upstairs.
