« Great! »

« Hébergement très bien ! Propreté, personnels très professionnel. Appartement spacieux pour séjourner à New York en famille. Je recommande. »

« The lady at the restaurant/bar was really not friendly »

« This an excellent place! »

« Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement géographique. Ektor a l'accueil a était très accueillant. Dommage que nous étions au 4eme étage sur 26. Bruyant.

« It could be a lovely place, but some other guests are super loud and my room was not ready before 7 pm ! The reception people are great as they tried to do their best ... But unfortunately it doesn't help with the noise during the night for other guests, doors super loudly ! The room was confortable and again the people working around are just lovely and helpful ! »

« The hotel’s location is convenient. It’s an older property so I expect to see some age on the building itself. It’s nice that there’s parking. The room was spacious but not clean. The doors and walls are filthy, with finger prints and grim around the door knobs. The floor was sticky and all surfaces needed to be washed down. The hotel makes you sign several documents that advise of a fine for smoking in the room, yet the room reeked of pot. The room was in need of maintenance attention…...

« The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it. »
