'Place was not ready at desired time 1.5 hours if not more waiting for it to be ready. and no concessions were given. No check in instructions were sent, place was not clean (dirty cups and ball of hair on wall of shower) stopped answering our messages after the first day and our designated parking spot was taken on the last day. Again, no response to our messages to rectify the issue. Place smelled like backed up old water and you could hear people and a washer and dryer late at night from...

'Amazing experience! We had no issues checking in, plenty of room and beautiful space. We had a clogged toilet that we could not get fixed with the plunger, I emailed the contact and within 16 min a man was here to fix it.
Location can’t be beat, parking included was a HUGE perk. I have high standards with rentals, and this one met them all.
Overall would totally stay again.'
