« From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. "Expérience mitigée dans ce Sofitel dont le fameux "rooftop" est réservé uniquement aux abonnés ALL (ce qui n'est aucunement mentionné dans leurs annonces) et mis en avant partout... Le service est quant à lui exécrable (hormis les bagagistes qui sont toujours souriants et prêts à vous aider), sinon on vous force à payer le petit-déjeuner en vous sortant un TPE à 7h du matin alors même que vous avez déjà payé le petit-déjeuner via Hotels.com et ils insistent, vous demandant le cas échéant d'aller voir l'accueil (alors qu'ils ont une ligne directe par téléphone). Le petit-déjeuner avait bien été réglé, mais aucune excuse, on vous place simplement. Très décevant pour un Sofitel, celui-ci n'est pas la hauteur"
