'I arrived very late and asked for a top floor room, and I was given a second floor. As soon as I entered the room, I could hear all of the talking and banging above me. I waited an hour hoping it would stop, but it didn't. I called the front desk and they said they would call and take care of it, but that never happened. The yelling and slamming doors never stopped until five in the morning, and I had to get up at six. I will be asking for a refund for this night.'

'Off the busy road in Anacortes, so it was quiet. We were going to arrive late and they waited for us so they could give us the key. This was very helpful. I liked staying there. It was my second time.'

'Ruime kaner, badkamer verouderd en klein, lamp in badkamer maakt erg veel lawaai in combinatie met airco. Kan he niet afzonderlijk aanzetten . Wij gebruikten daarom verlichting van de heater in de badkamer. Handdoeken rek zit op onlogische plek stoot je steeds tegenaan. Bed staat op wieltjes dus bij beweging gaat hij verplaatsen. Kamer ruikt overdreven naar schoonmaak middel Onder bedden wordt niet schoongemaakt Hotel doet Nederlands voorkomen met naam Holland Inn en molens en tulpen maar...

'Everything was fine. The only complaint I have is I was told a 75.00 hold was put on my Credit card and I haven’t received the money. I am still be charged for the hold. Thank you Ed'
