"Hotel zelf prima. Schoon en rook fris. Gastvrije receptie en werden goed geholpen Parkeren op eigen terrein is wel tegen betaling van €10 per dag. Housekeeping deden goed hun werk. Alleen de verbouwing naast het hotel zorgde voor wat herrie en stof. "

"Hotel is gedateerd en dat zie je terug aan gebladerde verf op sommige muren en de uitstraling van de kamer. Personeel is vriendelijk en de busservice naar Puerto de Mogan is een groot pluspunt. Akoestiek in de eetzaal laat te wensen over. Fantastische bergwandelingen gemaakt op het eiland "

"It is a very huge hotel but the different blocks have a roof with a package off relaxing possibilities (swimmingpool, (snack)bars loungers for sunbathing, gaming oppertunities etc.). The rooms are perfect, with a great see view, a balcony and clean. Besides that the servicepeople are nice, polite and very helpful. And the food is good with a lot of diversity. "Good resort! Walking distance boulevard. Fine dining on walking distance. A lot of shops and not so crowded. The resort as well is very clean and well maintained! "

"Nice comfortable hotel. Nice grounds and nice pools. Loved the tennis and padel courts. Don't expect the hotel to feel updated. Even the big suites look like they are straight from the 80s or 90s. The typical wear and tear. Could use an upgrade. Parking is free. Breakfast is included and has many options. The coffee was really awful at breakfast so don't take that. it's powder with sugar and water. Rest is all good. The best amenity is that even after checkout you can take a shower in a room that hasn't been booked. Very nice. "
