'First. We were sent to a room on the 5th floor, that was still occupied. We went back downstairs and informed them of this. Then we were told we would receive a room upgrade. Which was ok considering. In the new room. They never came to provide us clean towels or empty the garbage cans. This did make for an uncomfortable stay and and had us thinking about going elsewhere. Also one of the elevators that was needed to take us to our floor, kept hurling as if was going to either drop or get stuck....

'The staff we interacted with from the front desk, to the dining room were friendly and helpful-excellent service. Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and beautiful grounds. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the Emory area again.'

'Basis hotel zonder bijzondere faciliteiten. De kamers zijn ok, de WIFI is snel. Het ontbijt is karig. Het personeel niet erg sterk. Alleen geschikt om te slapen voor maximaal een paar nachten. De omgeving is gezellig, veel kleine restaurantjes en koffietentjes. Vlakbij een MARTA station.'

'Goede liggibg vanhet hotel. Ruime kamer met zitgelegenheid. Badkamer onhandig met het toilet in het midden. Geweldig ontbijtbuffet!'

'Be careful around the bed. The metal legs are easy to stub your toe on more than once. Parking was tight during the day while the dentist office is open. The room is clean and efficient. Easy to enter the front door of the property but a ramp would be nice with luggage instead of stairs. Remind visitor to press the logo on the keypad of the room first in order to see the keys light up.'

'First let me give a shout out to Jerome, the hotel ambassador at The Candler. He was amazing and made our mother-daughter mothers day weekend so wonderful. From his amazing energy to checking in throughout our stay. He was so kind to upgrade us to an amazing suite which made our celebration that much more special. This hotel is absolutely beautiful, with it's stunning decor and history. Our bathroom was like heaven with a big soaking claw foot tub and bath salts. They have soft comfy robes and...

'The place was nice and the room was clean. We did find a sock behind the couch. The part I had an issue with was. It was an additional $45 to park. That was ridiculous. You just paid over $200 to stay one night. They can’t comp you for parking.'
