'First. We were sent to a room on the 5th floor, that was still occupied. We went back downstairs and informed them of this. Then we were told we would receive a room upgrade. Which was ok considering. In the new room. They never came to provide us clean towels or empty the garbage cans. This did make for an uncomfortable stay and and had us thinking about going elsewhere. Also one of the elevators that was needed to take us to our floor, kept hurling as if was going to either drop or get stuck....

'Basis hotel zonder bijzondere faciliteiten. De kamers zijn ok, de WIFI is snel. Het ontbijt is karig. Het personeel niet erg sterk. Alleen geschikt om te slapen voor maximaal een paar nachten. De omgeving is gezellig, veel kleine restaurantjes en koffietentjes. Vlakbij een MARTA station.'

The room was completely dusty and I mean nasty dirty. I don’t see how yall are still in business.. I’m sorry I just don’t. I was scared the walk thru the hallway, You could hear everything in other people’s room. It’s just...

'Front desk personal are the most professional, considerate, and welcoming staff in the hotel industry.'

'The staff we interacted with from the front desk, to the dining room were friendly and helpful-excellent service. Comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and beautiful grounds. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the Emory area again.'

'Habitación vieja, holia a umedo con polvo y sobre todo muy cara me cobraron 75 dolares mas de lo que page real mente no te la recomiendo, creo que vale la pena pagar unos dolares mas, por esta mala experiencia de hoy en adelante no vuelvo a quedarme nunca mas aqui. NO TE QUEDES AQUI LUEGO ME AGRADECERAS.'

'The hotel was fine if you're not expecting much, just need a place to sleep and put your bags. The surrounding area was a bit rough though but this absolutely not in any way the hotel's fault. '

'Honestly, pretty straight forward hotel. We had a festival at the center parc stadium so it was extremely convenient location wise. Staff was super friendly. Rooms are pretty standard but spacious. Beds arent the comfiest, could use a new mattress tbh. But for two nights it was good, no issues at all.'

'The kitchen needs a good cleaning, as everything is greasy. We cannot use the pool because it is under renovation.'
