'Frontdesk attendant was a superstar. We briefly chatted about the World Cup and Wimbledon as she checked me in. She was very professional. My room was clean, large. My only gripe was I could hear everything. Next door kids, stayed up way past 3am talking playing games. Also, my room faced the lobby so of course I was going to hear alot. However, the hotel staff was very loud, 1am or so. Im sure, they are aware voices travels. In all, 4 out of 5 stars for my stay.'

My wife and I purchased a few nights so that we could enjoy a "staycation" at the pool over the holiday weekend but we come to find out (without being informed prior) that you needed reservations for the pool area and they were booked. 'Valet parking was like a car jack. Before you know you are pulled out of the car. The check in lasted for hours (40min waiting time) once in the room, the room is oké. The complementary douchegel was empty. Not too bad, but with a little extra attention for the customer it would be great!! '
