-Drive 6 miles to downtown Glen Ellen in Sonoma or 8 miles to Oakville in Napa and enjoy world famous wineries and Michelin star eateries. Please note Trinity Rd. to Sonoma is very windy. Dry Creek Road and Oakville Grade are less windy, but do have some sharp turns.

-No animals are allowed

-Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. No parking in the garage.

-Guest entry instructions: this rental utilizes an e-lock which requires a unique code to enter and will be sent to you the week of your arrival.

-No parties or events

-You must be 25 years or older to rent this property

Other Things to Note:

-home is located on Trinity Rd. and cars are visible during your stay however the road quiets down in the evening



-No pets are allowed only services animals are allowed



-Guest entry instructions: this rental utilizes an e-lock which requires a unique code to enter and will be sent to you the week of your arrival.



✔ NOISE: This is a quiet neighborhood. The county prohibits amplified outside noise. Please keep the music/conversation down during the daytime and evening.



✔ QUIET HOURS: Please head back in the house between 9 PM and 7 AM. All music, TV, and conversations should be kept to a regular conversation level. Quiet Hours are mandated by Sonoma County and breaking this rule is grounds for ending your stay early with no refund.



✔ SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed in this home. This will result in a fine of $200 or more.



✔ CELL RECEPTION: The home is located in an area with marginal cell reception. A landline is available for guest use if needed.



✔ PARKING: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles



✔ OUTDOOR FIRES: No outdoor wood-burning fires are allowed based on county regulations.
