This gorgeous new construction cabin features 4 Bedrooms, 4 baths and (2) 1/2 baths -- the perfect accommodations for your getaway! This upscale cabin features all the comforts of home and more! No need to "rough it" when you're in the mountains--enjoy the luxury of upscale furnishings, high end finishes and everything you could ask for! Two queen bedroom suites (sleeps 2 each), one king bedroom suite (sleeps 2) and an additional bedroom with two twin bunks (sleeps 4) for total accommodations for 10!

Game room features a BIG BUCK HUNTER ARCADE Game, A POOL TABLE, HOCKEY TABLE and PING PONG! A 50" TV with apps to stream your favorite shows, movies, Disney+ and NETFLIX! Next to the game room you will find a MOVIE THEATER ROOM with 10 movie theater style seats and a 75" TV! Off of the game room is another full patio with 7 seater HOT TUB overlooking the mountains!

Each BEDROOM is an en suite with a luxurious bathroom, large HD smart TV, high end furniture and pillow top memory foam beds with luxury cool gel pillows! Upstairs en suite baths feature shower/tub combos and dual vanities for each bedroom.

LIVING ROOM features leather furnishings, a beautiful electric fireplace with cozy and fun 13-light settings for ambiance (choose your favorite color or watch them rotate!) while watching the large, flat screen tv; DINING ROOM with seating for 10+; KITCHEN BAR with granite counters, additional seating for 3; upscale, full cookware stocked KITCHEN with granite counters, black stainless appliances, COFFEE BAR with Keurig, and every appliance you need at your fingertips! A maximum of 10 overnight guests, regardless of age, are allowed in this cabin due to city permits. No animals or pets of any kind are allowed in this cabin. The primary renter must be 21 or older to book. A copy of a valid photo ID must be sent to the host after the reservation is made to complete your booking. A rental agreement must be signed with the host by the primary renter on behalf of the entire party to complete your booking. There is a FAQ at the bottom of this description with the answers to many questions about the cabin!

Is there a bedroom on the main floor?

Yes

Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?

Yes, the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, crockpot, and pots and pans for your convenience. There are also 2 courtesy trash bags provided for the kitchen, 2 dishwasher packs, dish soap and 1 roll of paper towels. We apologize that per health department rules we cannot provide spices, cooking oil or other condiments.

Is there a grill?

Yes, there is a charcoal grill just outside of the front porch. Charcoal and lighter fluid is not provided.

Are there appliances and a coffee maker?

Yes, the kitchen features a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove and oven. There is also a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (with cone style filters).

Are sheets and towels provided?

Yes, sheets are provided on every bed. Two sets of towels and wash cloths are provided in each bathroom.

Are pets allowed?
No pets are allowed in the cabin at anytime.

Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?

1 courtesy rolls of toilet paper is provided per bathroom as well as bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided.

Are there TVs and cable?

Yes, each bedroom as well as the living room and recreation room features a large HD smart TV. Each TV will come equipped with YoutubeTV for access to live cable channels. Additionally each TV has Netflix, Disney+, and many more of your favorite streaming apps.

Does the cabin have any games or activities?

The cabin features a 3-in-1 pool table, air hockey table, and ping pong table combo. There is a Big Buck Hunter arcade game. Some board games and playing cards are provided as well. Additionally, there is a movie theater room with 10 theater style seats and 75" TV. There is also a 7 person jacuzzi on the bottom patio overlooking the mountains.

What are the roads like to get to the cabin?

It is very easy to get to the cabin as the roads are wide and paved.

Are there bears?

Yes! We have bears roaming around the area and see them often. While they generally do not interact with humans please use extreme caution if you see a bear and please do NOT feed them.

Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?

Yes! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg and you will be less than a 10 minute drive down to the action. The cabin is also just minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as the new observation bridge, the largest in North America! It is also less than a 10 minute drive to the Ober ski resort.

Is smoking permitted?
No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks.

We encourage our guests to purchase travel insurance as a hedge against unseen circumstances that may affect travel plans, and VRBO provides the opportunity to do so for guests upon booking. Currently there is no restriction on travel to our area, the area is open 100% for businesses and our property will be cleaned and ready for you as stated in the rental agreement. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation policy per the rental agreement will apply.

Guest access
The entire home is available for your stay. Guests will access the home via electronic lock code on the front door.

Rental Agreement and Policies: Guest is responsible for reading and reviewing the Rental Agreement. Booking this property will be considered acknowledgement and acceptance of the rules and regulations outlined in the Rental Agreement. Please be aware there are security cameras on the exterior of the home only recording audio and video. There is construction in the community and there may be some construction noise during business hours. For your safety, do not enter any construction areas. No pets/animals of any kind are allowed in the cabin at any time. No smoking is permitted in the cabin or on the decks.
