« Very clean and spacious one bedroom. Nice bathroom and really nice kitchenette. There is one parking spot and it’s probably best to have a smaller car if the lot is full. We didn’t need the car much because it was so easy to walk downtown. This was a great couples getaway! »

« Beautiful cottage super close to downtown and a great coffee shop a block away. Cottage is decorated beautifully, was clean and our little pups enjoyed the yard while we enjoyed the front porch swing. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again! »

« The location is great, with a super comfy bed and a really nice outdoor area. The bathroom and AC unit could use a little TLC. Having off-street parking was a big plus, and the host was excellent with communication. It’s a great spot for a weekend getaway. »

« This is a quiet neighborhood. It’s walkable to Main Street in about 15-20 minutes if you enjoy walking. The hot tub is well maintained and worked great. The AC wouldn’t adjust in our first night and they came out quickly to remedy the issue. The bed was so comfortable that I’m looking for a mattress topper and the linens for the bathroom were plush. I’d recommend bringing your own toiletries but otherwise everything is there that you could need. We loved having the games as well. »

The bed is super comfortable and the house is decorated to allow comfort. easy check in and great communication with staff. we have stayed at several properties in fredricksburg and this will be onee our list. Absolute charm continues to have great listings. »
