'Beautiful boutique hotel. Very clean and staff are very helpful and friendly. They have no pool but a beautiful outside seating area. They also have a private cinema with Apple TV. 2 things I didn’t like were parking… valet parking is $44 per night. We paid for the first night but realized we could actually get street parking so that’s what he did for the rest of our stay which was free. Other thing was there was no bell man to help with our luggages. Overall a 8.5/10 stay'

'How’s were very attentive and available for any questions we might’ve had. Check-in was smooth and the property was perfect for our trip. We loved the space. There were even some toiletries and kitchenware available for use which was very nice for our week stay. The location was also in a quiet neighborhood next to a park, nice for morning walks. 'A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

'If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I stayed at this property for a week. The rooms are clean, the vibe is modern cozy, the ameneties are very well kept, the lobby is inviting. The fitness center is large with every equipment you can imagine and there is also a laundry room. The food at the hotel restaurant is delicious and the coffee shop on property is excellent. The front desk staff were personable, flexible and just provided top notch customer service from the time I checked in...

'The room was clean! The staff were pretty great. They were very helpful. I felt like the parking charge was reasonable. Safe area with lots of food around. There's also a theater right next door! It was easy to get to. Also, dog friendly! I wish they had a bigger area for pets to go to the bathroom. The area that's near the hotel is a small alleyway and there's rodent trap boxes nearby with a rat skeleton nearby. That was disturbing considering rats carry diseases, but that was my only issue....

'The Door and Counter people are top notch, as well as housekeeping. The Bar was actually very good as well. My issue was the restaurant attached. My wife almost choked on a hard plastic piece of something that was in her oatmeal she luckily caught before swallowing it, it looked like a large tab or some sort the size of a quarter and sharp, the shape of a toenail, which she initially freaked out over thinking that is what it was. If she swallowed it, it would have been a serious problem. I...

'Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.'
