'I had booked another hotel for our trip to Washington DC. When we arrived to the hotel, the area did not feel safe. We quickly booked this hotel and upon arrival was greeted by two extremely friendly employees at the front desk. The manager learned it was my first time in DC and upgraded us to a premium room. The area was beautiful and safe. There were many dining options close by and best of all a wonderful grocery store across the street for anything we wanted or needed.'

'Airport shuttle was great and drove every 30 minutes; the dirver was friendly and helpful. The desk personnel were always friendly and willing to help. The environment isn't anything special, we chose it because it was close to the airport. Having said that, getting to downtown DC was really simple and fast, we used an uber to get around and never had to wait long. All in all, good hotel and good location for people who travel a lot.'

'Used as a base for 2 nights whilst stopping over in DC before going to a wedding. Apartment was clean, comfortable and met all our needs. Check in was fine and the ability to leave our luggage in the post room the day of departure was very much appreciated. The host provided detailed instructions and checked we had arrived safely following a long flight from the UK. Hotel standard toiletries were provided along with some clothes and dishwashing tablets. Lots of restaurants, Wholefood...

'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '
