'A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. And one shower head did not work at all, but I'm sure it will be resolved. The living areas were clean. A true coffee table would be better to...

'Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost.'

'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'This has to be one of the worst days I've ever had. I arrived. I was given the wrong room number. I played with some guy's door who eventually came out and asked me to leave. They then gave me the correct number that go up to the room and there had been a flood in the building and there were industrial grade blowers all over terrible noise. A terrible smell and the carpets were everywhere they had come off the wall. I called them up, asked them to assist me and they offered me a $50 credit. I...
