'Easy check in, hold bags for late flights'

'Our stay was very convenient for our family’s needs. The unit is within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping, and only a 8-10 minute walk from two different metro stations. The host was very communicative during our stay. The unit was well supplied for our four day stay. We had a small hiccup with our key fob access that was rectified quickly. My weak point for our stay would be that our blinds in our bedrooms did not block out the ambient light coming from the adjacent...

'We arrived at 930pm and even though there were 3 employees at the check in desk only one was checking people in and no one acknowledging our presence. The restaurant on site was closed already AND the room service was also closed. I was informed there’s also no free water in the rooms. Get to our floor and met with urine smell in the hallway! Gross! We get settled in to our room and I realize they put us in the wrong accommodation. We were supposed to have a disability room with a bathtub....

'I enjoyed my stay overall, and the room clean and the staff was friendly. My only issue is the room tended to get very hot during the day because the window curtains were open other than that, everything else was great and I had a great experience. I would stay here again.'

'Special thanks for the FD agent Rob. Very helpful and professional. He answered all our questions. Room was amazing . Very clean ( housekeeping doing a good job) confortable beds. All public area well maintained and lobby smells always good. Very convenient location with many restaurants around. Shuttle is a plus! Breakfast was amazing, breakfast attendant Renato has a great customer service. Always smiling.'

'Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. '

'Airport shuttle was great and drove every 30 minutes; the dirver was friendly and helpful. The desk personnel were always friendly and willing to help. The environment isn't anything special, we chose it because it was close to the airport. Having said that, getting to downtown DC was really simple and fast, we used an uber to get around and never had to wait long. All in all, good hotel and good location for people who travel a lot.'

'The staff was exceptionally friendly and the room was beautiful. We were upgraded to the suite and it was huge with a large balcony. The lobby was small but cute. The food and drinks at both of the adjoining restaurants were mediocre at best. The spa was worn out and a bit of a disappointment. If you just need a place to stay, it’s nice. Just go elsewhere for food and spa.'
