The open floor plan is inviting for entertaining throughout the kitchen & dining and living room with tall floor to ceiling windows. Two sliding doors off both the living room and master bedroom allow access to the balcony with views overlooking the pool and common areas. In the morning, cherish an a’ la carte breakfast and then stroll across the boardwalk to the beach and admire the miles of crystal-clear waters and absorb a free dose of Vitamin D. Take a break from building sandcastles & return to pamper yourself at the swimming pool. Or take advantage of the community grilling and picnic area to have a time-honored family vacation tradition – the barbecue!



The living room features a large flat screen TV with a sofa and 3 side chairs, where you can snuggle up with some popcorn to enjoy movies and play games. The dining room table offers seating for (4) with counter seating for (3). The kitchen is well equipped with stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and offering a coffee maker for your brewing pleasure. Community grills are located by the pool. If cooking isn’t your game, there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the residence.



The Master Bedroom is bright and spacious and features floor to ceiling windows with a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and large closet. The Master Bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a vanity, shower and commode.



Two guest bedrooms are located down the hallway near the kitchen. The first guest bedroom is furnished with a king bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan and closet. The second guest bedroom has one full bunk over another full bunk with twin trundle. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a vanity, step-in shower/tub combo and commode. The stackable washer & dryer is located across from the bunk room.



The residence has a keyless entry lock to assist in practicing social distancing and allowing you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys.
